Limited One-Year Parts Warranty

We warrant to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

If a defect in parts arises during this warranty period due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal use and conditions, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective part(s) with new or refurbished equivalent parts, free of charge for the parts themselves.

What This Warranty Covers

  • Defects in materials and workmanship in the product’s parts.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, modification, unauthorized repair, or improper installation/maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents), or consumable parts.
  • Damage from external causes such as fire, flood, or power surges.
  • Products used for commercial, rental, or non-residential purposes.
  • Any labor, shipping, or installation costs associated with repair or replacement.

This warranty is limited to parts only and does not include labor or any incidental/consequential damages.

How to Make a Claim

To obtain warranty service, contact our customer support with proof of purchase. You may be required to return the defective part(s) at your expense for inspection.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are limited in duration to the period of this express warranty. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Extended Warranty Coverage

For an additional fee, you may purchase an Extended Warranty that extends the coverage provided by the original Limited One-Year Parts Warranty. The Extended Warranty is available in 3-year or 5-year terms and begins immediately upon expiration of the original one-year warranty period.

The Extended Warranty provides the same level of protection as the original Limited One-Year Parts Warranty: we will, at our option, repair or replace defective part(s) determined to be faulty due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and conditions. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished equivalent parts.

Coverage Periods

  • 3-Year Extended Warranty: Provides parts coverage for a total of 4 years from the date of original purchase (1 year original + 3 years extended).
  • 5-Year Extended Warranty: Provides parts coverage for a total of 6 years from the date of original purchase (1 year original + 5 years extended).

What This Extended Warranty Covers

  • Defects in materials and workmanship in the product’s parts that occur after the original one-year warranty expires but within the extended coverage period.

What This Extended Warranty Does Not Cover

This extended warranty is subject to the same exclusions and limitations as the original Limited One-Year Parts Warranty, including but not limited to:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, modification, unauthorized repair, or improper installation/maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents), or consumable parts.
  • Damage from external causes such as fire, flood, power surges, or acts of nature.
  • Products used for commercial, rental, or non-residential purposes.
  • Any labor, shipping, handling, or installation costs associated with repair or replacement.
  • Incidental or consequential damages.

This extended warranty covers parts only and does not include labor or any other services.

Transferability

The Extended Warranty is transferable to a subsequent owner provided we are notified in writing within 30 days of the transfer of ownership, along with proof of original purchase and the extended warranty purchase receipt.

How to Make a Claim

To obtain service under the Extended Warranty, contact our customer support with:

  • Proof of original product purchase.
  • Proof of Extended Warranty purchase.
  • A description of the issue.

You may be required to return the defective part(s) at your expense for inspection.

Cancellation and Refund

You may cancel the Extended Warranty within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, the Extended Warranty is non-refundable unless required by law.
